1. Optimist Leadership Academy (OLA):

   • This is a nine-month program aimed at identifying and developing members with leadership potential at the District and International levels.

   • Each month from October to May focuses on different leadership skills, culminating in an in-person workshop before the Annual International Convention.

   • Participants engage in online discussions, courses, and live webinars, with attendance at all sessions being mandatory for successful completion.

2. Personal Growth & Involvement (P.G.I.) Program:

   • This program allows members to advance through ten levels of involvement, leadership growth, and achievement.

3. Certified Trainers:

   • These are pre-qualified representatives who provide training and presentations to Districts and Clubs. Members can contact the Optimist International Leadership Department to arrange for a Certified Trainer.
